制冷(leng)系統(tong)(tong)是制冷(leng)劑流(liu)經的(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)與管道(dao)的(de)總稱,包括壓縮(suo)機、冷(leng)凝器、節流(liu)裝置、蒸發器、管道(dao)及附屬設(she)(she)備(bei),它是空氣調節設(she)(she)備(bei),冷(leng)卻(que)、冷(leng)藏設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)主要組(zu)成系統(tong)(tong)。
制冷系統堵塞故(gu)障(zhang)有冰堵、臟(zang)堵和油堵等多(duo)種形式(shi),堵塞的統一故(gu)障(zhang)特征是:手摸冷凝器不熱、蒸發器不涼,壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)運轉電流比正常(chang)小,將(jiang)壓(ya)力表接在(zai)旁通(tong)充注閥(fa)上,指示為負(fu)壓(ya),室外機(ji)運轉聲(sheng)音輕,聽不到蒸發器里有過液聲(sheng)等。
冰堵產生的原因和(he)故障現象
冰(bing)(bing)堵故障的發生主要是由(you)于制冷系(xi)統(tong)內含有過量的水分(fen),隨著(zhu)制冷劑的不(bu)斷(duan)循環(huan),制冷系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的水分(fen)逐(zhu)漸在毛細管(guan)出(chu)口處集中(zhong)(zhong),由(you)于毛細管(guan)出(chu)口處溫度(du)最低,水結(jie)成(cheng)了冰(bing)(bing)且逐(zhu)漸增大,到一(yi)定的程度(du)就將毛細管(guan)完(wan)全堵塞,制冷劑不(bu)能(neng)循環(huan),電(dian)冰(bing)(bing)箱不(bu)制冷。
制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內水(shui)(shui)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要來源(yuan)是:壓(ya)縮機(ji)內電(dian)機(ji)絕(jue)緣(yuan)紙(zhi)含(han)(han)有水(shui)(shui)分(fen),這是系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中水(shui)(shui)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要來源(yuan)。此外,制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)各部件和連接管道(dao)因(yin)干燥不充分(fen)而(er)(er)殘留的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen);冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)機(ji)油(you)(you)和制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)含(han)(han)有超(chao)過(guo)允(yun)許量的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen);在裝配(pei)或(huo)維修過(guo)程(cheng)中管路長時(shi)間(jian)處于(yu)開發狀態(tai),致使空氣中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)被(bei)電(dian)機(ji)絕(jue)緣(yuan)紙(zhi)和冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)機(ji)油(you)(you)所吸收。由(you)于(yu)以上原因(yin)造(zao)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)含(han)(han)水(shui)(shui)量超(chao)過(guo)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)允(yun)許量,因(yin)而(er)(er)發生(sheng)冰堵。冰堵一(yi)方(fang)面造(zao)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)無法循環,電(dian)冰箱不能(neng)正常制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng);另一(yi)方(fang)面水(shui)(shui)分(fen)還(huan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)與制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)發生(sheng)化學反(fan)應,生(sheng)成(cheng)鹽酸和氟化氫,造(zao)成(cheng)對金屬管路和部件的(de)(de)(de)腐蝕(shi),甚(shen)至會(hui)(hui)(hui)導(dao)致電(dian)機(ji)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)損壞,同時(shi)還(huan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)機(ji)油(you)(you)變質,影響壓(ya)縮機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)潤滑(hua)。因(yin)此必須將系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)控制(zhi)(zhi)在最低限度(du)。
制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)出(chu)現冰(bing)堵(du)(du)的表現是(shi)最初階(jie)段(duan)工作正常,蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器內(nei)結霜(shuang),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器散熱,機組運(yun)行(xing)平穩,蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器內(nei)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)活動聲(sheng)(sheng)清晰穩定。隨著冰(bing)堵(du)(du)的形成,可聽見氣流逐(zhu)漸(jian)變弱、時(shi)斷(duan)時(shi)續(xu),堵(du)(du)塞嚴(yan)重時(shi)氣流聲(sheng)(sheng)消失(shi),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)循環中(zhong)斷(duan),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器逐(zhu)漸(jian)變涼。由(you)于(yu)堵(du)(du)塞,排氣壓力(li)升高,機器運(yun)行(xing)聲(sheng)(sheng)音增大,蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器內(nei)無制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流入,結霜(shuang)面積逐(zhu)漸(jian)變小,溫(wen)度(du)也逐(zhu)漸(jian)升高,同時(shi)毛細(xi)管溫(wen)度(du)也一起上升,于(yu)是(shi)冰(bing)塊開始溶(rong)化,此時(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)又開始重新循環。過一段(duan)時(shi)間后冰(bing)堵(du)(du)再發(fa)生,形成周(zhou)期性(xing)的通—堵(du)(du)現象。
臟堵(du)產生的原因和故障現象(xiang)
臟堵故障的(de)形成是(shi)由(you)于制(zhi)冷系(xi)統內(nei)(nei)(nei)有(you)過(guo)(guo)(guo)量(liang)的(de)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)所致。系(xi)統中(zhong)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)來源主(zhu)要有(you):電冰箱制(zhi)造過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)塵埃、金屬屑末,管(guan)(guan)道(dao)焊接時內(nei)(nei)(nei)壁面的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)層脫落,各零部件在(zai)加工(gong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)外表(biao)面沒清(qing)洗干凈,管(guan)(guan)路密封不(bu)嚴灰(hui)塵進(jin)入(ru)管(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)(nei),冷凍機油和(he)制(zhi)冷劑中(zhong)含有(you)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi),干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器內(nei)(nei)(nei)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)低劣(lie)的(de)干燥(zao)劑粉(fen)末。這些雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)和(he)粉(fen)末流經干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器時大(da)部分被干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器清(qing)除,而當干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)多(duo)時,一(yi)些細(xi)小的(de)臟物和(he)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)就被流速較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)制(zhi)冷劑帶(dai)入(ru)毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan)彎曲段阻力(li)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)部位滯留堆(dui)積,阻力(li)越來越大(da),使雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)(zhi)更(geng)容易(yi)(yi)滯留,直(zhi)至將毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan)堵塞,制(zhi)冷系(xi)統不(bu)能(neng)循環為止。此外,毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan)與干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器中(zhong)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網的(de)距離過(guo)(guo)(guo)近也容易(yi)(yi)引起臟堵故障;另外在(zai)焊接毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan)和(he)干燥(zao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器時也容易(yi)(yi)將毛細(xi)管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)口焊堵。
制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統出現(xian)臟堵(du)(du)后,由于制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)無法(fa)循環,使壓縮機連續運(yun)轉,蒸(zheng)發(fa)器不(bu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器不(bu)熱(re),壓縮機外(wai)殼(ke)不(bu)熱(re),聽蒸(zheng)發(fa)器內(nei)無氣流聲(sheng)。如(ru)部分堵(du)(du)塞時,蒸(zheng)發(fa)器有涼(liang)或冰涼(liang)的(de)感(gan)覺(jue),但不(bu)結(jie)霜(shuang)(shuang)。摸(mo)干燥(zao)過濾器和(he)毛細管的(de)外(wai)表(biao)面時手感(gan)很涼(liang),有結(jie)霜(shuang)(shuang),甚至會結(jie)出一層白(bai)霜(shuang)(shuang)。這是因為制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)流過微堵(du)(du)的(de)干燥(zao)過濾器或毛細管時,產生(sheng)節流降(jiang)壓作用(yong),從而使流過堵(du)(du)塞處(chu)的(de)制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)產生(sheng)膨(peng)脹、汽化、吸熱(re),導致堵(du)(du)塞處(chu)外(wai)表(biao)面結(jie)露或結(jie)霜(shuang)(shuang)。
冰(bing)堵(du)與(yu)臟堵(du)的區別:冰(bing)堵(du)發(fa)生一(yi)段時間后(hou)還能恢復(fu)制冷(leng)、形成(cheng)一(yi)會兒通(tong)、一(yi)會兒堵(du),堵(du)了又通(tong),通(tong)了又堵(du)的周期性重復(fu)。而臟堵(du)發(fa)生后(hou)就不(bu)能制冷(leng)了。
除(chu)了(le)毛細管發生臟堵(du)(du)外,如果系統(tong)雜(za)(za)質較多,也會逐漸將干燥過濾(lv)器堵(du)(du)塞(sai)(sai),因過濾(lv)器本身濾(lv)除(chu)臟物和雜(za)(za)質的容量(liang)有限(xian),會由于雜(za)(za)質的不斷堆集而(er)發生堵(du)(du)塞(sai)(sai)。
油堵故障(zhang)和其他管路堵塞(sai)的故障(zhang)
制(zhi)冷(leng)系統產生油堵的(de)主要原因(yin)是壓縮(suo)機缸(gang)體磨損嚴重或(huo)活(huo)塞與氣缸(gang)配合間(jian)隙過(guo)大所致。
隨(sui)壓縮機排汽油被排入冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi),進而(er)隨(sui)同制(zhi)冷(leng)劑一起(qi)進入干(gan)燥過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi),由于油的粘度(du)較大,被過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)內(nei)的干(gan)燥劑阻住,油過(guo)多時在過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)進口處形成堵塞(sai),使制(zhi)冷(leng)劑不能正常循環,電冰箱不制(zhi)冷(leng)。
造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)其(qi)他管(guan)路(lu)堵(du)塞(sai)的原因是:在焊(han)(han)接管(guan)路(lu)時被焊(han)(han)料堵(du)塞(sai);或在更換管(guan)子時所更換的管(guan)子本(ben)身(shen)已(yi)堵(du)塞(sai)而未發現,以上堵(du)塞(sai)都是人為(wei)因素造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng),因此要求在焊(han)(han)接和(he)更換管(guan)子時,應按(an)要求進行操作和(he)檢查,就(jiu)不會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)人為(wei)堵(du)塞(sai)故障了。
