一、工作(zuo)原理
目前風機(ji)盤管(guan)電機(ji)普遍采用單相運轉異步(bu)電動機(ji),且有高、中、低(di)等多檔(dang)調(diao)速(su),調(diao)速(su)方法為副相抽頭(tou)的L型調(diao)速(su)。電機(ji)的極數(shu)為四(si)、六極,接線電器原理圖如下:
圖中的M代表(biao)主相(xiang)繞(rao)(rao)組,A代表(biao)付相(xiang)繞(rao)(rao)組,且(qie)副相(xiang)由a1、a2、a3三(san)(san)層調(diao)速繞(rao)(rao)組串連而成(cheng),用(yong)以實(shi)現(xian)電機繞(rao)(rao)組帶(dai)負載時(shi)的三(san)(san)檔(dang)調(diao)速。
二、接線錯誤導致燒毀
由(you)誤認零線和多臺機組并聯使(shi)用(yong)導(dao)致(zhi)。表現如下:
燒毀原理:
電機正常接線時電流圖,以低檔通電運行為(wei)例。
接線錯誤將中檔接入外界(jie)零線時電流圖
從以上示意圖可(ke)看出當(dang)低檔運行時(shi)起作用的繞組(zu)是(shi) 1 + 2+ 3,而接線(xian)錯(cuo)誤(wu)時(shi),通電(dian)(dian)的繞組(zu)只是(shi)3,但這部分繞組(zu)阻值很小,通電(dian)(dian)后造成電(dian)(dian)流過(guo)大(da),溫度(du)急(ji)劇升高,且(qie)由于電(dian)(dian)機熱保護器是(shi)串聯(lian)于零線(xian)內,導致無法切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,最終導致電(dian)(dian)機燒毀(hui)。
注:以(yi)上(shang)圖為例(li),當機(ji)組一直運(yun)行于(yu)中(zhong)檔時(shi),電機(ji)不會出現燒毀。
主副相(xiang)區分(fen):
主(zhu)副相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)區分時,可(ke)將副相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)引線拉開,與其(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)連的即為副相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)繞(rao)組(zu)。
參考案(an)例:
1:某酒店(dian)多臺(tai)電機(ji)燒(shao)毀(hui),工程部將(jiang)燒(shao)毀(hui)機(ji)組接線(xian)拆除(chu)。當天(tian) 檢(jian)查(cha)時(shi)又發(fa)生(sheng)一臺(tai)燒(shao)毀(hui),檢(jian)查(cha)接線(xian)如下:
黃線為零(ling)線,現將高檔(dang)電(dian)源線接入機組零(ling)線。
2:某酒店多臺電(dian)(dian)機燒(shao)毀,現(xian)場發現(xian)電(dian)(dian)源線均使(shi)用(yong)同一顏色線。檢查(cha)發現(xian)電(dian)(dian)源線與零線混淆(xiao)。如下:
1、多臺機組并聯使用
同(tong)一只控制開(kai)頭控制兩臺及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)盤(pan)管機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),即(ji)為多臺并聯接線。因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)、中、低(di)(di)檔(dang)運行時(shi),在(zai)副相繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上(shang),即(ji)紅、蘭、黑上(shang)會(hui)(hui)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)存在(zai),不同(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),對(dui)應(ying)顏色線上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)不同(tong),如(ru)強制并連在(zai)一起(qi),就會(hui)(hui)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)流(liu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)低(di)(di),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)之間形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)環(huan)流(liu),導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)局(ju)部(bu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)溫升變(bian)高(gao)(gao),嚴重時(shi)致使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)局(ju)部(bu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)燒毀,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)停轉。此燒毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)對(dui)與之相對(dui)應(ying)之電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)局(ju)部(bu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)短路,很(hen)快(kuai)會(hui)(hui)導致另一電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)局(ju)部(bu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)燒毀。相同(tong)型號機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)因風(feng)阻不同(tong)也會(hui)(hui)出現(xian)類似(si)情況(kuang)。原理:
2、整體(ti)高溫(wen)
以上情況主要有(you)以下因素導致:
A:電源異常,如:電壓過高、頻率不對等(deng);
B:負載異(yi)常,如:風(feng)(feng)管、回風(feng)(feng)箱尺寸不(bu)符合(he)要(yao)求,風(feng)(feng)輪改變等;
C:堵轉,如:風輪(lun)卡(ka)死等。
3、匝間(jian)燒毀(hui)
匝間短(duan)路主(zhu)要是由于漆膜(mo)破損導致的漆包線(xian)與漆包線(xian)之間短(duan)路。
導致匝(za)間短路(lu)的(de)因素有:
A:漆包(bao)線針孔多;
B:定(ding)子繞嵌線時漆(qi)膜(mo)受損;
C:使用時異物戳入(ru)定(ding)子(zi)導致(zhi)漆包線(xian)受損。
三、檢(jian)查流程(cheng)
出(chu)現電機不運行(xing)時,按以(yi)下(xia)步驟檢查:
1、檢(jian)查控(kong)制器、電源是否正常(chang);
2、檢查風管等外界(jie)因素(su)是(shi)否(fou)符(fu)合安裝要求;
3、檢查(cha)電(dian)機(ji)電(dian)阻值和(he)機(ji)組接線情(qing)況(kuang);
4、檢查(cha)電(dian)機燒毀后定子情況,并(bing)根據(ju)以(yi)上參照(zhao)進行判定。
5、燒(shao)(shao)毀現象(xiang)為副相(xiang)燒(shao)(shao)毀發黑,主相(xiang)正常(chang)的(de),應(ying)檢(jian)查機組(zu)接線,必(bi) 要時(shi)應(ying)全項目機組(zu)進行接線檢(jian)查。
